Loula Doula Scholarship Program 2026-2027
We are excited to announce the Loula Doula Scholarship opportunity, which will support LA County doulas. This scholarship is available to doulas who are approved Medi-Cal providers and willing to complete Managed Care Plan credentialing. This program is made possible through our partnership with Loula. 

Scholarship recipients will receive one full year of complimentary access to the Loula platform, with tools and support for client management, care coordination, documentation, scheduling, billing, invoicing, and reimbursement.

Loula will also provide hands-on onboarding and platform setup, guidance on navigating Medi-Cal claims and reimbursement, and marketing support to help doulas grow their practices.

Eligibility

Applicants must:

• Be a resident of Los Angeles County.

• Not currently an active billing user on the Loula platform.

• Be actively practicing, or preparing to practice, as a doula in Los Angeles County.

• Be approved as a Medi-Cal provider and willing to complete Managed Care Plan credentialing.

• Hold a current Adult and Infant CPR certification through the American Red Cross or American Heart Association that does not expire within 90 days.

• Commit to completing Loula onboarding within 60 days of acceptance.
