October 2026’s Doula Mingle + Launchpad Lite’s 2026 Edition, co-hosted by WOW Flower Project, will feature inspirational speakers, and Medi-Cal Doula tech support professionals alongside Antelope Valley’s community vendors, managed care plan representatives and you! 

This year’s special edition gathering is focused on the nourishing work that the Wow Flower Project + LA Medi-Cal Doula Hub County, pours into their communities, grounding into birth justice roots that support community health workers who do this necessary work. 

This event is for Doulas and community members interested in birth-work who serve LA County to network, and find community within your profession. This is a supportive professional nurture-ment event for new and experienced doulas interested in building their practices to serve Medi-Cal Doula recipients.  

This event will meet doulas and community members where they are. Whether you are Medi-Cal approved or just getting started on your journey. Community speakers will inspire you to plant seeds in your own communities and water the roots of your work. Take advantage of community networking and hands-on peer support from experienced long-time doulas, as well as from Managed Care Plans. Check in with our community based organizations and receive the resources they have for you.
