Birth workers are at the heart of our communities. Every day, they hold space for families, advocate for dignity, and walk alongside people through some of life's most transformative moments. We see your work, we honor it, and we believe that together, we can build a future where every person can experience pregnancy, birth, postpartum, miscarriage or abortion with respect, safety, and justice.

As advocates for dignity and justice, and we believe that together, we can expand that advocacy to transform the injustices that affect birthing people of color. This free introductory training is designed to deepen our shared consciousness, foster community autonomy, and world-build a future where reproductive justice is a reality for all. 

Funding provided by the LA County Medi-Cal Doula Hub to support LA County doulas and those serving its residents.

This continuing education training is FREE and held virtually. 

*Full attendance earns a Completion Certificate for continuing education hours meeting the DHCS requirement. Doulas must keep proof of training.  No CEU’s are awarded, only proof of training completion. 

Together, we can move beyond supporting births and help transform the systems that shape them.
