DESCRIPTION: DHCS has approved a Doula benefit for our state, and all MCPs are recruiting and contracting for these services. The use of Doulas during all phases of the pregnancy and delivery has been proven to improve birthing outcomes. Together with LA Care, ABWP is presenting a webinar to fully explain the benefits to both medical providers and their patients to adopt the use of Doulas.

• Detail the Medi-Cal doula benefit.
