DESCRIPTION: Pear Suite Doula Scholarships 2025-2026

We are excited to announce the Pear Suite Doula Scholarship opportunity, this offering will support LA County doulas, who are actively contracted with one or more Managed Care Plans, in strengthening their billing systems, optimizing client management workflows and improving operational success for doulas serving under the Medi-Cal doula benefit. These scholarships are funded in collaboration with Pear Suite and provides the following:

• One full year of access to the Pear Suite platform, including Care Navigation, Workflow & Client Management features, Invoicing & Reimbursement tools.

• Individualized and group coaching focused on billing processes, operational workflows, and successful Medi-Cal reimbursement practices.

• Hands-on onboarding and implementation support to set up, customize, and integrate the Pear Suite tools into their doula practice.

• Pear Suite staff collaboration for data collection, evaluations, and continuous improvement throughout the scholarship period.

Pear Suite Requirements & Participation

• Participants will be required to:

• Participate in onboarding sessions and billing support workshops

• Complete pre- and post-evaluations to help improve doula support services

• Provide demographic and registration information as part of the scholarships’s data reporting deliverables
