DESCRIPTION: Our Benefits Navigator is here to support doulas in confidently navigating the “business of birth,” within LA County on behalf of the LA County Medi-Cal Doula Hub. Through personalized, one-on-one appointments, doulas receive expert guidance on key processes such as Medi-Cal enrollment, PAVE application completion, and resolving billing or reimbursement issues. Whether you’re just getting started or need support troubleshooting a specific challenge, our navigator meets you where you are, breaking down complex systems into clear, manageable steps so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

This support is rooted in a deep commitment to expanding access and sustainability for doulas. By removing administrative barriers and streamlining backend processes, our Benefits Navigator helps ensure you can spend less time in the discomfort of backend doula admin and more time serving families in LA County.
